How to Download TikTok Photo Slideshows (All Images)

Guide · 4 min read · Updated August 6, 2026

To download a TikTok photo slideshow, copy the post's link, paste it into a TikTok slideshow downloader, and save all the images at once. No app, no login, and every photo comes down in its original resolution.

Photo slideshows (TikTok calls them "photo posts") behave differently from regular videos. A single post can hold anywhere from 2 to 35 images, each with its own frame, plus a background sound. Screenshotting them one at a time is slow and crops out quality. Here's the faster way.

How it works (step by step)

  1. Open TikTok and find the photo slideshow you want to keep.
  2. Tap the Share arrow, then Copy link. On desktop, copy the URL straight from your browser's address bar.
  3. Go to the TikTok slideshow downloader and paste the link into the box.
  4. Press download. The tool reads the post and lists every image it contains.
  5. Save all photos in one go, or pick the individual frames you actually want.

That's it. The whole thing takes about ten seconds, and nothing installs on your device.

Saving all images at once vs. one-by-one

When a slideshow has 20+ frames, downloading them individually is tedious. After you paste a link, the TikTok slideshow downloader gives you two options:

  • Save all bundles every image into a single ZIP file. This is the right choice when you want the complete set — a recipe carousel, a photo dump, a step-by-step tutorial. You get one file, unzip it, and all the frames are numbered in order.
  • Save one lets you grab just the frames you care about. Handy when a 30-image post only has three photos worth keeping.

Either way, the images keep their original dimensions. There's no re-compression on our end, so what you save matches what the creator uploaded.

Getting the slideshow's music as MP3

Nearly every slideshow has a sound attached, and that audio is often the reason the post is worth saving. You can pull it out separately.

Paste the same link into TikTok to MP3 and it extracts just the audio track as a clean MP3 file. This is useful when you want the song without the photos — for example, to identify a track, save a voiceover, or reuse a sound in your own edit. The images and the audio are two separate downloads, so grab whichever you need (or both).

If the post is actually a video rather than a photo set, use download a TikTok video instead — the slideshow tool only handles image posts.

Phone vs. desktop

The process is identical on both, so use whatever's in front of you.

On a phone, copy the link from inside the TikTok app, switch to your browser, and paste. Saved images land in your Photos or Downloads folder. On iPhone, a ZIP of multiple images opens in the Files app, where you can unzip and move everything to your camera roll.

On desktop, copy the URL from the browser tab where the post is open. Downloading a ZIP is smoother here because unzipping and sorting a large batch of images is quicker with a mouse and a real file manager. If you're archiving big slideshows regularly, desktop is the better home base.

Whichever device you're on, you never need the TikTok app itself beyond copying the link — and you can browse everything from our tools hub.

A note on quality and watermarks

Slideshow images download without the animated TikTok watermark overlay, though a creator's own added text or logo stays part of the image (that's baked into the photo, not something a downloader can strip). If watermark-free video is what you're after instead, see our guide on how to download TikTok without watermark.

FAQ

Can I download the audio from a slideshow? Yes. Paste the slideshow link into TikTok to MP3 and it pulls the attached sound as a standalone MP3. The photos and the audio are separate downloads, so you can take one or both.

Do the photos keep full quality? They do. The images come down at the resolution the creator originally uploaded, with no extra compression added during the download. Saving all frames as a ZIP preserves each one at full size.

Can I download all the images at once? Yes — choose Save all and you'll get a single ZIP containing every frame, numbered in order. You can also save individual images if you only want a few.

Do I need to install an app or sign in? No. Everything runs in your browser on phone or desktop. There's no app to install, no account, and no login required — just copy the link and paste it into the TikTok slideshow downloader.
